This page explains what personal information AL Cyber collects through alcyber.au, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, business name and your message.

We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

If you switch between light and dark themes, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It isn’t sent to us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to work with you on your project. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who else handles it

Enquiry forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-handling service. Your message passes through their systems on its way to us. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both may process information outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep sensible business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@alcyber.au and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We’ll update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
